PROCESS PERSONAL RECORDS
The Lean PhD processes your personal records, if you visit the website of The Lean PhD, and/or because you have entered your personal information in the contact form on the website of The Lean PhD. The following personal information can be processed:

- Your location
- Your email address
- Your IP address
WHY THE LEAN PHD REQUIRES YOUR PERSONAL RECORDS
The Lean PhD processes your personal records to be able to reach out to you in the future, in particular if you are planning on joining a lean PhD boot camp.
Additionally, your personal records may be used to monitor incoming traffic and analyse the visiting and clicking behaviour of visitors. The Lean PhD uses this information to optimize the performance of its website.
HOW LONG THE LEAN PHD RETAINS YOUR PERSONAL RECORDS
The Lean PhD does not retain your personal records any longer then strictly necessary. Upon achieving the goals, for which we require your personal records, your records will be deleted.
Your personal records are retained no longer than a year, and under no circumstances will they be shared with any third party, unless we are obligated to do so by law.
